This conference will focus on progressing out of a time of pandemic and quarantine, when activities, ministry and even the Faith Community Nurse and health minister felt stalled and into a time of encouraging participants to take action, bring balance and use clarity to inform, educate, support and bring positive social determinants of health (SDOH) to faith congregations and surrounding communities.
