**POSTER PRESENTATION format for 2018 Conference!!!!!

Hall of Excellence: A Panel of Poster Presentations

You are invited to submit a proposal for a Poster Presentation at the HMA Annual Conference, September 8th~10th, 2018, St. Elizabeth Training and Education Center, Erlanger, KY. The Sacred Practice of Caring: Partnering For a Healthy, Hopeful Future. All proposals are to be submitted online. Selected presenters will be notified when the selection process is completed.  Proposals must be submitted electronically to the HMA office no later than March 1, 2018.

Each presenter will prepare a poster, along with 2-3 power point slides/handouts that highlight their program. As part of a panel, you will have 10/15 minutes (depends on the number of posters) to present to the general audience and participate in a Q&A.  Feedback from past attendees have asked for people to share programs/activities they have developed that can be replicated back in their own congregations.

2018 poster presentation submissions will need to relate to one of this year’s conference objectives:

  • Highlight practices that focus on the intersection of faith & health
  • Highlight innovative concepts related to whole person health across life’s continuum
  • Highlight progressive approaches/collaboration that promotes population health

HMA members  and others wishing to share their work with their peers are encouraged to submit an application for consideration. Please review the Call-for-Poster-Submission 2018  flyer for specific instructions, then complete and submit the form below. You should receive a confirmation email that your form has been received! If you do not receive this confirmation or have any other issues submitting, please contact the HMA Office.
