Submit A Nomination
Any HMA Member may submit nominations of another HMA Members for consideration of the award.
- Award committee will act as selection committee with a blind review of all nominations received.
- Nominees will be rated according to criteria categories.
- All nominees will be notified at the completion of the selection process and the winner will be recognized at the annual national conference.
