There are glimmers of hope that the pandemic is being controlled. We are seeing some non-essential small businesses open, with new parameters, more test sites available and numbers of death per day going down. As we settle into the new norm Covid-19 has created for us, it’s time to think about what happens when our churches reopen.
How do we begin to start preparing for a change in the day to day operations and the way we worship? It largely depends on what state you live in, which means houses of worship must continue to monitor local and state requirements. I encourage you to look at the Center for Disease Control and World Health Organization for reliable information. However, we are dedicated to providing you a variety of reliable resources that will guide and support you in your privileged role in Health Ministries.
3/18/2020 – While word of the coronavirus has been in the news for a while, this week has really turned our world upside down. You are being inundated with messages and I would encourage you to continue to look at the Center for Disease Control and World Health Organization for reliable information. However, we find ourselves in the privileged position of being part of health ministries and need resources that will guide and support us in our roles. We are sharing a website that will give you insights and actionable ways that you can continue to impact your ministry during these uncertain days.
