Let’s Go!, the nationally recognized childhood obesity prevention program has created two great visual aids that you can use in your faith community to educate your faith community on the new guideline for sugar – less than 10% of daily calories.

  • Added sugar chart – this chart shows the recommended max. limit for sugar vs. current intake for Americans, both men and women.
  • Sugars Pie Chart – this pie chart shows where our added sugar is coming from and hopefully will give people ideas on where they can cut back to meet the recommendations.
